Finland's Ministry of Finance has issued Notification 48/2024 regarding the continued application of the 2007 tax treaty with Belarus. The notification states that although Belarus has suspended the application of Articles 10, 11, and 13 of the treaty between 1 June 2024 and 31 December 2026, Belarus's suspension does not affect the validity of the treaty and its application in Finland.
