The Finnish Ministry of Finance has announced the submission of the 2026 State Budget to parliament on 22 September 2025. The Ministry also published a summary of the tax changes for 2026, including:
- The revision of the tax brackets/rates on earned income, with a reduction in the highest marginal rate to approximately 52%, and the state income tax brackets/rates set as follows:
- EUR 0 to 22,000 - 12.64%
- EUR 22,000 to 32,600 - 19.00%
- EUR 32,600 to 40,100 - 30.25%
- EUR 40,100 to 52,100 - 33.25…
