The Finnish parliament began debates on the 2021 Budget on 7 October 2020. The Budget and related bills were submitted on 5 October 2020 and include the following measures:

• The adjustment of individual income tax brackets as follows:
  • up to EUR 18,600 - 0%
  • over EUR 18,600 up to 27,900 - 6%
  • over EUR 27,900 up to 45,900 - 17.25%
  • over EUR 45,900 up to 80,500 - 21.25%
