France published a notice from the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs on the suspension of the 1996 tax treaty with Russia in the Official Gazette on 23 June 2024. The notice states that Russia has suspended, as of 8 August 2023, the application of Articles 5 to 22 and 24 of the treaty and confirms that the same is suspended in France from 8 August 2023.
