France has published Decree No. 2024-825 of 16 July 2024, which amends Decree No. 2023-522 of 28 June 2023 in regard to the declaration and payment rules for the temporary solidarity contribution on the electricity production sector. The contribution was introduced as part of the Finance Law for 2023 and was extended for an additional period 1 January to 31 December 2024 by the Finance Law for 2024.
