France has published Law No. 2025-1044 of 3 November 2025 in the Official Gazette, which formally reinstates the VAT exemption thresholds. As part of the Finance Law for 2025, a single VAT exemption threshold of EUR 25,000 in turnover was to be introduced for all businesses from 1 March 2025, but was suspended pending consultations.
