France Issues Decree on Requirements for Master and Local File

France has published Decree No. 2018-554 of 29 June 2018 in the Official Gazette, which explains certain aspects of the new content requirements for the Master and Local file, which have been brought in line with the OECD guidance with effect from 1 January 2018.
