France has published the list of French companies whose market capitalization exceeded EUR 1 billion as on 1 December 2025. This list is used for the purpose of the French financial transactions tax, which is levied at a rate of 0.4% on the acquisition of securities issued by French companies whose market capitalization exceeded EUR 1 billion as on 1 December of the previous year.
