France Sets Individual Income Tax Return Deadlines in 2026

France has issued guidance on filing individual income tax returns in 2026 in respect of the 2025 tax year, including the deadlines for different taxpayers. For online filing, the deadlines are as follows:

• Zone 1 (Départements 1 to 19 and non-residents): 21 May 2026
• Zone 2 (Départements 20 to 54): 28 May 2026
• Zone 3 (Départements 55 to 976): 4 June 2026
