On 22 October 2025, the Finance Committee of the French National Assembly approved an amendment to the Finance Bill for 2026 that would increase the country's digital services tax (DST) from 3% to 15%. The amendment would also increase the group revenue threshold for the DST from EUR 750 million to EUR 2 billion.
