Executive summary
The Gabonese Tax Administration has postponed the transfer pricing documentation filing deadline of 30 April 2021 to 31 May 2021.1 This filing deadline extension does not extend the requirement to pay the requisite tax due by 30 April. This exceptional measure is in line with the tax measures adopted by the Government to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the national economy.
