Georgia's Ministry of Finance reportedly issued Decree No. 366 on 2 December 2019, which amends the country's transfer pricing legislation. Under the legislation, reference is made to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines with regard to issues that are not specifically covered under Georgia's transfer pricing rules.
