Germany Publishes Final List of Jurisdictions for Exchange of Financial Account Information in 2026

The German Federal Central Tax Office has announced the publication of the final list of participating jurisdictions for the exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) in 2026, in respect of 2025. Financial institutions are required to report the required CRS information in Germany by 31 July 2026.

The 2026 final list contains 118 jurisdictions, including the addition of Rwanda, Senegal, and Trinidad and Tobago, as compared to the 2025 final list.…
