Ghana's 2025 Mid-Year Fiscal Policy Review was presented by the Minister for Finance on 24 July 2025. Among other things, the Minister's speech notes that consultations on additional VAT reforms are underway and expected to be concluded in September 2025, with a new VAT bill to be prepared by October 2025 and submitted as part of the 2026 Budget Statement.
