The Government of Gibraltar has issued a release on its commitment to implementing the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) with exchanges of information to begin in 2027 or 2028. Gibraltar is one of 61 jurisdictions that have committed to the automatic exchange of information under the CARF.
