Greece published Law No. 5246 in the Official Gazette on 12 November 2025, which provides for the implementation of the personal income tax relief announced by the Ministry of Finance in September 2025. As previously reported, this includes a 2% reduction in the current second, third, and fourth bracket rates, along with the introduction of a new fifth bracket, resulting in the following brackets/rates:
