The Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance recently announced plans for the introduction of a temporary solidarity contribution on oil refining companies. The contribution is equal to 33% on the excess profits of refiners for the fiscal year 2023 in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/1854.
