According to a release from the Turkish Social Security Institution, officials from Greece and Turkey held the second round of negotiations for a social security agreement from 22 to 23 October 2025. Any resulting agreement will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
