Guernsey Approves Pending TIEA with Anguilla

The Government of Guernsey has approved and submitted to parliament the ordinance for the ratification of the pending tax information exchange agreement with Anguilla. The agreement, signed by Guernsey on 13 February 2020 and by Anguilla on 19 February 2020, is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force on the first day of the second month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
