The government of Guernsey has announced a joint commitment with Jersey and the Isle of Man on the introduction of transparency measures with respect to registers of beneficial ownership of companies in line with international standards and the EU's approach to transparency of beneficial ownership data of companies under the EU's Fifth Money Laundering Directive.
