The Government of Guernsey has issued Guernsey Pillar 2 Brief: Issue 1, which is available on the Pillar Two guidance webpage. The regulations for Guernsey's Pillar 2 GloBE Model Rules entered into force on 1 January 2025, including:
- A Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax, referred to as the Guernsey Domestic Top-up Tax (DTT); and
- A Qualified Income Inclusion Rule (IIR), referred to as the Guernsey Multinational Top-up Tax (MTT).
