Guinea and Rwanda Looking to Conclude Tax Treaty

According to a recent release from the Guinea General Directorate of Taxes (DGI), officials from Guinea and Rwanda met on 4 August 2026 to lay the groundwork for the negotiation of and conclusion of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
