Hong Kong Preparing to Ratify Pending Tax Treaties with Barbados, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Norway and Rwanda

The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced that the Orders for the ratification of the pending tax treaties (agreements) with Barbados, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Norway and Rwanda will be gazetted on 16 October 2026 and tabled at the Legislative Council on 21 October for negative vetting.
