Hong Kong and Morocco Conclude Second Round of Tax Treaty Negotiations

According to an update from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, officials from Hong Kong and Morocco concluded the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty on 16 July 2026. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
