Hong Kong and Morocco Holding Second Round of Tax Treaty Negotiations

According to an update from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, officials from Hong Kong and Morocco are holding the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty from 13 to 17 July 2026. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
