Hungary Authorizes Signing of Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Kuwait

Hungary published Government Resolution 1213/2026. (VI. 29.) in the Official Gazette on 29 June 2026, which authorizes the signing of an amending protocol to the 1994 income and capital tax treaty with Kuwait. The protocol will be the second to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
