Hungary has enacted the measures of the Autumn Tax Package and other measures for 2026 through:
- Act LXXXIII of 2025 on the amendment of certain tax laws for the purpose of reducing administration and harmonizing laws, published 19 November 2025;
- Act LXXXIV of 2025 on measures to reduce the tax burden on businesses, published 21 November 2025; and
- Act LXXXVI of 2025 on the amendment of Act XXXVII of 2013 concerning tax cooperation, published 28 November 2025.
