Hungary enacts local legislation on BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two

The final Hungarian legislation on BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two was published in the Official Gazette on 30 November 2023. The legislation is considered as final and enacted now. Several changes and fine-tuning were made to the original proposal introduced in October, but the final legislation is in line with OECD Model Rules, Commentary and Administrative Guidance already issued.
