India Adjusts Special Excise Duty on Export of Petrol, Diesel, and Aviation Fuel

India's Ministry of Finance has issued Notification No. 36/2026 and Notification No. 37/2026, which adjust the special additional excise duty (SAED) on the export of diesel and aviation turbine fuel (ATF), effective 1 July 2026. India has been revising the SAED on exports of specified petroleum products on a periodic basis. The revised SAED rates are as follows:
