Ireland Concludes Negotiations for New Tax Treaty with the Netherlands and Protocols to Tax Treaties with Mexico and Switzerland

According to a recent update from Irish Revenue, negotiations have concluded for a new income tax treaty with the Netherlands. The treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1969 tax treaty between the two countries.
