Italy has published Decree-Law No. 193 of 23 October 2026 in the Official Gazette, which contains primarily measures to support the road transport (shipping), agriculture and fishing industries. Among other things, this includes a further postponement of the administrative handling fee of EUR 2 on low value shipments below EUR 150 imported from outside the EU. Previously postponed to 1 October 2026, the EUR 2 handling fee is now postponed to 1 January 2027.
