Following today’s press conference held by the Ministry of Finance, the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) will be launched in two phases as follows:
- 1 February 2026: Companies with a turnover exceeding PLN 200 million (ca EUR 46 million) in 2025;
- 1 April 2026: The rest of the businesses.
