This morning, the Polish Ministry of Finance (MoF) held a press briefing on the KSeF implementation.
Due to the many critical errors detected, the Polish government decided, after an analysis, to defer the introduction of KSeF.
Despite the postponement, the system will still come into force. The government will now have an external audit and start a public consultation with the business community to optimize the system further.
