Kazakhstan Provides VAT Exemption on Sales of Vehicles and Agricultural Machinery by Authorized Manufacturer Representatives

Kazakhstan recently published Law No. 119-VIII of 8 July 2024, which introduces a VAT exemption on the sale of qualifying vehicles and agricultural machinery. Law No. 119-VIII entered into force on 21 July 2024.
