Kenya Business Registration Service provides timeline for companies to file beneficial ownership information

Kenya Business Registration Service has issued a public notice concerning the requirement to file beneficial ownership information in compliance with Section 93A of the Companies Act, 2015 and Section 31B of the Limited Liability Partnership Act.
The notice requires all companies and limited liability partnerships to prepare, maintain and submit to the Registrar of Companies a register of beneficial owners.
