Latvia Publishes Law for Implementation of DAC6 Reporting Requirements

Latvia has published the Law on amendments to the Law on taxes and fees in the Official Gazette on 5 March 2020, which includes measures for the implementation of Council Directive (EU) 2018/822 of 25 May 2018 (DAC6) on the reporting of potentially aggressive tax-planning arrangements based on specified hallmarks, as well as certain amendments in relation to financial account reporting.
