The Oman tax authorities have confirmed that the launch of the mandatory B2B e-invoicing system has been postponed to a yet to be determined date in 2025, due to technical challenges.

B2B e-invoicing was planned to be launched on a voluntary basis in April 2024, before transitioning to a comprehensive mandatory system from October 2024.
