Liechtenstein published the Regulation of 2 December 2025 on the amendment of the VAT Ordinance in the Official Gazette on 9 December 2025, which reduces the interest rate on VAT late payments and refunds. Effective 1 January 2026, the interest rate is reduced from 4.5% to 4.0%.
