On 25 December 2013, the Government approved a list of low tax jurisdictions for transfer pricing purposes.
Cyprus, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Singapore, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates are included in the list. The list also includes classical offshore jurisdictions, such as Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Seychelles.
