Lithuania's State Tax Inspectorate has announced the launch of a public consultation on draft guides on transfer pricing documentation and establishing the arm's length range. Both guides are drafted as Q&A documents, considering the errors most often identified by the STI, as well as the most frequently asked questions from taxpayers.
