On 5 July 2023, Luxembourg's Chamber of Deputies approved the law for the ratification of the pending protocol to the 1993 income and capital tax treaty with Romania. The protocol, signed 6 December 2022, is the second to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
