Luxembourg's Ministry of Finance has announced that the Chamber of Deputies approved Bill No. 8414 (the Tax Relief Package) on 11 December 2024. The main measures include:
- A reduction in the standard corporate tax rate from 17% to 16% on income exceeding EUR 200,000, along with a reduction in the reduced corporate tax rate from 15% to 14% on taxable income up to EUR 175,000 and a tax of EUR 24,500 plus 30% for income between EUR 175,000 and EUR 200,000;
