The Luxembourg Administration of Direct Tax has issued Circular L.G.-A No. 60bis/11 of 27 January 2026. The Circular provides the EUR reference exchange rates for foreign currencies for the year 2025, which are used for various tax purposes. This includes year-end exchange rates (31 December 2025) and annual average exchange rates for 30 different currencies.
