According to an update from the Luxembourg Administration of Direct Tax, negotiations are ongoing for new income tax treaties with the Slovak Republic and the United Kingdom. The treaties must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1991 Luxembourg-Slovak Republic tax treaty and the 1967 Luxembourg-UK tax treaty.
