The Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) has published Government Notice No. 36 of 2017, which contains the Taxation (Transfer Pricing Documentation) Regulations 2017 and the Taxation (Transfer Pricing) Regulations 2017, which replaces the prior regulations.
