The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has published Public Ruling No. 7/2020 of 7 October 2020 on the procedures for appealing tax assessments and applying for relief in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1967 (ITA) and the required forms (Form Q and Form N).
