The Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) issued a Communique dated 5 November 2025 on the Tax Arrears Settlement Scheme (TASS) that was extended to 2025 as part of the Finance Act 2025. As extended, the TASS provides a 100% waiver of penalties, interest, and surcharges for tax debts outstanding as on 30 June 2025, if settled by 31 March 2026.
