Moldova has published Decision No. 728 of 19 November 2025 in the Official Gazette, which approves the signing of an administrative arrangement for the implementation of the social security agreement with the Slovak Republic. The agreement, which is pending signature, will be the first of its kind between the two countries. The agreement and the arrangement must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
