Moldova has published Decision No. 527 of 16 September 2026 in the Official Gazette, which approves the negotiation and signing of an administrative arrangement for the implementation of the social security agreement with Albania. The agreement, which is pending signature, will be the first of its kind between the two countries. The agreement and the arrangement must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
