Moldova published Law No. 415 of 22 December 2023 in the Official Gazette on 12 January 2024, which amends Law No. 77 of 21 April 2016 on tax incentives for IT Parks. Among other things, Law No. 415 extends the maximum term of IT Parks from 10 years to 20 years. In addition, the scope of qualifying activities in an IT Park is expanded to include call center activities and other labor supply services, exclusively for export. Law No. 415 enters into force on 12 February 2024.
